Been awhile since I’ve posted. Pretty busy these few days playing with my spanking new toy.
It’s an ACHI IR-Pro-SC BGA re-work station. This will enable me to rework and solder stuff I’ve previously been unable to touch, things like BGAs and QFNs will now be a piece of cake, I hope.
Still testing and developing temperature profiles, as well as trying my hand out on BGA reballing on it at the moment, should be fun.
